Structures for the implementation of ongoing team meetings and collaborative support are created to:

• View lesson videos to develop expertise in specific teaching practices
• Learn and practice new high-impact teaching behaviors
• Review student data and problem solve
• Meet with the principal to review cumulative data, set new priorities and revise goals
• Implement study groups, action research, student reviews and peer-coaching
